Signing Up With Medusa

How do you sign up for an account with us? It's simple!

To sign up for an account with us, you must be a brick and mortar retailer or online retailer of the products we wholesale. We quickly verify your business information and get you signed up!

Here are all the things we need to get you up and running with Medusa:

  1. Legal name and physical address of your business

  2. Federal Tax ID Number - also known as an Employer ID Number (EIN)

  3. State issued Resale Certificate

If the state in which you operate requires special licenses for ENDS (vapor) products, you will need that before you can purchase those as well. In other words, any legitimate reseller can have an account at Medusa, but to buy products that require certain licenses in certain states, you will need to have those licenses. Medusa is licensed to do business in all 50 states.
