New York Wholesale Requirements

Authorized retail business operators can have an account with Medusa. However, to purchase certain product categories, you may be required to provide additional licenses and/or documents.


In addition to a Federal Tax ID Number (also known as an Employer ID Number - EIN), ONE of the following documents are required to have a wholesale account with us:

Certificate of Authority

ST-120: Resale Certificate


The following additional documents are required to purchase certain vapor products from us:

Retail Dealer Certificate of Registration for Vapor Products

New York City (NYC) Requirements

In addition to the Retail Dealer Certificate of Registration for Vapor Products, retailers with stores in New York City MUST also submit the following license:
