North Carolina Wholesale Requirements

Authorized retail business operators can have an account with Medusa. However, to purchase certain product categories, you may be required to provide additional licenses and/or documents.


In addition to a Federal Tax ID Number (also known as an Employer ID Number - EIN), ONE of the following documents are required to have a wholesale account with us:

Certificate of Registration

E-595E Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement Certificate of Exemption

Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate


The following additional documents are required to purchase certain vapor products from us:

Tobacco Products (Other Than Cigarettes) Retail Dealer License


Tobacco Products (Other Than Cigarettes) Wholesale Dealer License

If you wish to remit your own tax, please submit a NC issued Retail Dealer license. If you would like for Medusa to remit the tax a NC issued Sales and Use license will suffice to purchase vapor products
