Authorized retail business operators can have an account with Medusa. However, to purchase certain product categories, you may be required to provide additional licenses and/or documents.
In addition to a Federal Tax ID Number (also known as an Employer ID Number - EIN), ONE of the following documents are required to have a wholesale account with us:
Business Registration Certificate
Streamlined Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption
The following additional documents are required to purchase certain vapor products from us:
Business Registration Certificate with Cigarette and/or Tobacco Products Endorsements
Note: In the State of West Virginia, retailers and wholesalers are required to submit the Business Registration Certificate with Cigarette and/or Tobacco Products Endorsements.
