Authorized retail business operators can have an account with Medusa. However, to purchase certain product categories, you may be required to provide additional licenses and/or documents.
In addition to a Federal Tax ID Number (also known as an Employer ID Number - EIN), ONE of the following documents are required to have a wholesale account with us:
Sales/Use Tax License
Sales Tax Exemption ETS Form 101
The following additional documents are required to purchase certain vapor products from us:
Cigarette and/or Other Tobacco Wholesaler License
Note: In the State of Wyoming, retailers are not required to submit additional documents to purchase certain vapor products from us.
