Authorized retail business operators can have an account with Medusa. However, to purchase certain product categories, you may be required to provide additional licenses and/or documents.
In addition to a Federal Tax ID Number (also known as an Employer ID Number - EIN), the following documents is REQUIRED to have a wholesale account with us:
Active Business License
The following additional documents are required to purchase certain vapor products from us:
Active Business License with Cigarette/Tobacco Endorsement
Active Business License with Vapor Wholesaler or Cigarette Wholesaler And Affixing Agent Endorsement
