Authorized retail business operators can have an account with Medusa. However, to purchase certain product categories, you may be required to provide additional licenses and/or documents.

In addition to a Federal Tax ID Number (also known as an Employer ID Number - EIN), the following document is REQUIRED to have a wholesale account with us:

As of 2026, all NH Wholesalers are required to hold the Tobacco Tax License, and NH Liquor Commission issued license reflecting "Tobacco Products Wholesaler"
