Authorized retail business operators can have an account with Medusa. However, to purchase certain product categories, you may be required to provide additional licenses and/or documents.
In addition to a Federal Tax ID Number (also known as an Employer ID Number - EIN), ONE of the following documents are required to have a wholesale account with us:
DC Basic Business License
Sales & Use Tax Certificate of Resale (OTR-368)
The following additional documents are required to purchase certain vapor products from us:
Basic Business license for Retailers
Proof from DLCP for Vending Machines
For customers who wish to purchase vapor products solely for vending machines will need to submit proof from DLCP confirming your business is approved to purchase Vapor Products for vending machines.
If you are unable to obtain the proof we can do it on your behalf as long as we obtain your approval!
